As this stress builds, and we do not see a clear end to the pandemic, we may be tempted to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms. All this activity increases our mental fatigue and does not allow us to find the quiet we need to recuperate, rejuvenate, and see the beauty and joy in our lives.
