Richard A. Schrader, MBA, P.E., and Fellow of American Society of Civil Engineers. Schrader graduated from West Point and spent 50 years of professional experience in commercial and government engineering and construction including 11 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and almost 30 years with Parsons Brinckerhoff, including as CFO and chairman of the US$2.5 billion revenue firm. He served on the board and audit committees of two other firms and several non-profits.
