Frank R. Gatti - MBA, CPA, NACD Fellow. Frank Gatti has extensive Board of Director and C-suite experience which includes strategy, M&A, transformation, and financial management. He has been directly involved with over US$10 billion in M&A transactions, numerous equity and debt. Offerings, turnaround, credit ratings, investor relations, bank relations, and benefits management and administration.  

He had a 13-year career as CFO/Office of the President at ETS, a global assessment and professional license/certification company. During his tenure revenues quadrupled to $1.3 billion, with 35 percent from outside the United States. Gatti spent 20 years at The New York Times Company, a media conglomerate with 50 operating units. He served as corporate vice president/financial management. corporate vice president/chief accounting officer and ERISA management committee chair. During his tenure revenues grew from $400 million to $2.4 billion. Gatti began his career with Deloitte/New York and provided an array of services.
