Norman Wain was the founding chair for the USA Track & Field, Inc., Sports & Entertainment Committee, and also serves on their national board of directors. USA Track & Field, Inc. is the national governing body for the sport of track and field, long distance running, and race walking in the United States. Wain received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa) and his JD from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
