Deb Hook is the director of legal operations at Sydney University overseeing legal innovation projects that address the ever-increasing cost and time demands of in-house legal practice, taking a human-centred and design-led approach to process improvement, technology, data, learning and development, and knowledge management. Hook spends time with her family and enjoys the small moments, like a cup of tea in the sunshine at the right time of day, taking the kids to the park and sitting on the grass, or ordering in some tasty food to be delivered.
