Hulse focuses on class action defense, mass tort defense, commercial litigation, and appeals across the United States. He was a key defense strategist in the Bair Hugger MDL and authored the chapter on Minnesota class action law in the ABA’s Practitioner’s Guide to Class Actions (2d ed. 2017).
