He has practiced law in Thailand since 1969. He specializes in business and energy law, international transactions, project finance, and investment projects. He has acted as mineral law and policy adviser to the Government of Nepal under the World Bank; under UNDP to the Philippines on mining legislation; and to Vietnam on petroleum legislation. He holds a BS in Mining Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an LLB from Harvard Law School.
