Following submissions made by ACC, a Dutch appeals court has ruled that lawyers who benefit from in-house legal privilege in their home jurisdiction can rely on that privilege before the Dutch courts and investigators, explains Paul Gilbert of Cleary Gottlieb in a recent interview with the ACC Docket.
