As a member of the executive leadership team in the company’s corporate headquarters and as chief counsel for all business units, Allyn draws on nearly two decades of experience guiding corporations and their leaders through a wide range of domestic and international legal issues. A Colorado native, she earned her BS/BA summa cum laude from the University of Denver and her JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
