She is primarily responsible for strategizing and leading networking business development and marketing initiatives for MLA’s in-house practice group in the Midwest. She writes and speaks nationally on critical issues for in-house lawyers related to their development, leadership, and core competencies for leaders of in-house law departments. Prior to joining MLA, Som was a lawyer who represented individual and business clients on a wide variety of immigration related matters.
