He focuses on business transactions and strategic relationships with an emphasis on acquisition and disposition transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic sourcing agreements. He has particular experience with clients engaged in the payment card industry, payments-related technologies, technology-driven businesses and issues, professional services businesses, and licensing arrangements. Bob also works with clients in a variety of industries on their acquisition and investment programs, as well as corporate governance matters. He is a former Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Georgia State Bar and regularly writes and speaks on corporate law issues. Bob leads the Eversheds Sutherland (US) Payments and Digital Commerce Team and is a member of the Technology, Outsourcing and Procurement (TOP) team.
