Rafael Juárez Ramirez  has been the Junior Counsel at Syngenta since the end of 2020. Syngenta is one of the leading companies in agriculture worldwide. Rafael is based in Mexico City and started his legal career as an external attorney focused on administrative and labor litigation.  He has five years' worth of experience in claims, copyright drafting, civil conciliations and telecommunications consulting in Lexel Abogados and other law firms. Rafael has obtained a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Atónoma de México (UNAM), and he has a specialty in Business and Corporate Law also at UNAM
