Patrick Hays is a 24-year in-house attorney with extensive experience in creating and running corporate compliance programs in international public and private company environments. Such programs include policies and procedures, training (live and online), third party due diligence, internal controls, communications, trade law, gifts/entertainment, social/community investment, board interaction, committee management and audit response/remediation.

Before joining Dresser Utility Solutions, Hays earned his BS from Texas A&M University, his MA from University of North Texas and his JD from Texas A&M University School of Law. He is a guest lecturer at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School and also a frequent speaker at national FCPA/compliance conferences.
