As the chief exclusivity office, McCabe’s role at TherapeuticsMD involves IP and regulatory strategy as well as business development. His role as associate general gounsel includes a wide range of commercial contracting issues such as manufacturing and supply agreements along with insurance reimbursement contracting. He earned his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School, an M.S. in applied molecular biology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a B.S. in biology and economics at University of Richmond.
