Kat Kukreja is a solutions-oriented counsel with 15+ years general commercial experience advising multinational companies (including start-up and early growth companies and international exchanges) across the banking and financial services and FinTech sectors. She is presently assisting a global hedge fund with its launch and its legal and compliance obligations. Outside of work she serves as a director of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and is the current president of the board of the ACC Hong Kong Chapter.
