John W. Mazzeo serves as associate general counsel, director of Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance for Vertical Screen, Inc. Mazzeo provides strategic counsel at every stage of the product lifecycle, from the initial ideation to final product delivery. Prior to joining Vertical Screen, John served as assistant chief counsel. Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, DHS-ICE in Philadelphia. He has an undergraduate degree from Ursinus College and a JD from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Mazzeo is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel where he serves as a Subcommittee Chair for the Corporate and Securities Law Network and is Co-Chair of the International Law Practice Area Network for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves on the Document and Verification Liaison Committee.
