Jeevan Ballav Panda is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice and Employment Practice Group of Khaitan and Co and is based out of Delhi NCR Offices of the Firm. He brings with him more than 14 years of experience with a focus on commercial litigation, arbitration and employment matters. He is also empaneled as an Arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

In the labor and employment sphere, Jeevan specifically focuses on advisory and litigation surrounding employee exits, disciplinary/domestic inquiries, compliances under labor law related legislations and matters surrounding social security benefits.
