Haley Macray joined Wayfair as Commercial Counsel in 2024. In her role, she advises on a broad range of matters, including sweepstakes and contests compliance, and serves as the primary legal partner for Wayfair Professional — Wayfair’s membership program for business and trade professionals. Macray earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University.
