She has extensive experience advising and representing global companies in the energy, defense, aerospace, telecommunication, software, and other high-tech industries, counseling clients in matters arising under US sanctions, export controls, import, and other national security and foreign policy trade-related regulations. With a focus on the energy sector, Ginger has conducted expansive US economic sanctions, export controls, and anticorruption investigations in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America. She also advised clients under investigation by the US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
