Ethan Simon is in-house counsel at Burlington Stores, a nationally recognized off-price retailer and Fortune 500 company. Simon supports many key business functions, including real estate, asset protection, operations, and finance, and manages a diverse litigation docket. He is an active volunteer in Pennsylvania’s high school mock trial program, having served as a coach and judge. He is also an active member of the ACC’s Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
