Ellen Kim serves as a strategic business and legal advisor at Workday where she partners with a robust sales organization in leading negotiations in complex commercial transactions. She also builds effective experiential learning opportunities to train sales teams on how to facilitate legal negotiations to drive better effective conversations.

Ellen is also currently serving as a JAMS ADR Fellow and Career Design Coach at Santa Clara University’s Graduate School of Business.
