Edward H. Klees is the former general counsel of the University of Virginia Investment Management Company (UVIMCO) and chair emeritus of the Institutional Investors Committee of the American Bar Association. He is co-chair of Hirschler's Investment Management Practice Group in Charlottesville, VA.
