David M. Benck serves as the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for Hibbett, Inc., a sneaker retailer with nearly 1,250 US locations. In addition, Benck currently serves on The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Switzerland), and the Federal Court appointed Oversight Committee In re: Blue Cross Blue Shield Nationwide Antitrust Litigation. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Arbitration Association, the World Games 2022, USA Gymnastics, and the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank.

Benck has served as a sport arbitrator for over 20 years, including appointment to AAA, JAMS, Court of Arbitration for Sport, NCAA, UK Sport Resolutions, and Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit and has arbitrated cases throughout the US, as well as Germany, Switzerland, Russia, France.
