Bob Bowen is export and trade compliance counsel at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), an enterprise software company headquartered in Santa Clara, California. A Fortune 500 company with more than 20,000 employees, ServiceNow operates in more than 30 countries. 

In this role he helps ServiceNow comply with the multiple export control laws and trade sanctions laws that apply to its worldwide operations. This remit includes designing, supporting, and guiding trade compliance programs that impact a wide and diverse range of functions and internal stakeholders. 

In addition to trade laws, Bowen provides guidance and direction involving the global anti-bribery laws that apply to ServiceNow’s global operations.

He is a member of the State Bars of California and Michigan.
