Antonio Carlos de Toledo Negrão, general counsel of the Brazilian Banking Federation (Febraban), was previously president of the Comité Latinoamericano de Derecho Financiero da Federación Latinoamericana de Bancos. He completed his graduate and postgraduate degrees at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and received his master of laws degree from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and his MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Rio de Janeiro (FGV/RJ).
