Jing Wang is a partner with Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm. He specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, restructuring, global transformation, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Before joining Tian Yuan, he worked with a few global law firms — including Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) and Norton Rose Fulbright — and the legal service arm of one of the Big Four accounting firms as alternative legal service provider. Jing is qualified in China and New York State.
