Jacob Kojfman is Senior Legal Counsel at The Co-operators Group Ltd., a Canadian-insurance company, focusing on contracting for technology solutions and related professional services, and prior to that was counsel at the Canadian-affiliate of a global IT services provider. He holds a JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business in Toronto Canada. He is currently on the ACC IP and Small Legal Department Networks leadership, and is involved with other legal associations in Canada.
