Kartikeya has advised several clients on fund raises, private equity and venture capital investments, exits, corporate restructurings, strategic alliances/JVs and advisory on all aspects of Indian corporate and foreign investment laws. He also extensively advises global multinational corporations and conglomerates on their India focussed investment and restructuring activities.
