Jay Rogers has practiced law in the field of international trade for over 25 years, handling a variety of US Customs, anti-dumping and cross-border corporate matters. He also practices economic development incentives law. He is co-chair of the International Practice Group at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a firm with 24 offices around the United States. Rogers has worked for two of the largest law firms in Mexico and Brazil, where he lived in the late 1990s, and speaks fluent Portuguese and English.
