Roel Staes is the senior vice president legal and general counsel for FedEx Express in Europe. Over the course of his career at FedEx, he’s managed the legal and security function for the company’s operations outside of the United States from its international headquarters in Amsterdam. He obtained an MBA from Henley Management College after studying law at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) specializing in aviation law.
