Ed Paulis is the vice president and senior assistant general counsel at Zurich North America, a leading provider of commercial property-casualty insurance solutions and risk management services in the U.S. and Canada. His transactional role sits at the crossroads of emerging technology trends. Before joining Zurich, Paulis worked in the litigation practice group of Manhattan law firm Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., handling commercial litigation and corporate matters. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Paulis graduated with Honors from Columbia Business School’s MBA program. He received his JD from Hofstra Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Dickinson College.
