Stephan Eberle is general counsel and head of limited partner relations of Scale Venture Partners, which invests in and helps build leading enterprise software companies. Eberle previously served as deputy general counsel of Silicon Valley Bank, where he led international legal support, was responsible for several global expansion initiatives, including establishing operations in India, China, Israel, and the United Kingdom, and advised on governance and compliance matters. Eberle also practiced litigation at two corporate law firms. He holds a JD from UC Hastings School of Law and a BA from UC Berkeley.
