For those of you not having the benefit of being on the founding team of an organization, and maybe even for some of you who are, I recommend you do the following: work the line for a day, a week, or if possible, a month.
This TOO shall pass. It may take a day, a week, a month, maybe even a year but this moment, this difficulty, this person will pass on or grow up. And so will you.
We need to hang up, leave behind or cut the electronic leashes that hamper our ability to free our minds and our time. We have to remember that EVERY trip is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
